there is no cap.  There is no need for a cap because you are limited in the players that you can choose.  Typically teams will be between 75 and 85 mil with a handful over and under. that.

diamondbacks are a really tough sell.  pitching is terrible and there is a chance you won't even have Haren or Dan Hudson

I honestly don't expect them to get taken.  It would just be a shame if Dan Haren ends up in the AL with his stud bat.
