swamp couldn't have expressed his privilege more clearly if he'd tried. Of all the ignorant things he's said, "A small racial slur isn't hate" is by far the most ignorant.

So everyone on the Dean Martin roasts were guilty of hate.

Racial hate is when you actually feel that your race is superior to theirs. That you are a better human being. That they do not have the same rights as humans as you.

Hate is a powerful word.

Stupid ethnic jokes are not about hate.

Words have meanings.

Jesse Jackson, Reverend wright, Al Sharpton and the list goes on. The NAACP and the SPLC are free to attack conservative groups, but never act when a black conservative like Clarence Thomas or Condi Rice is being attacked.

This is a simple public policy on the part of the left. We get to use vile hate and the right gets blasted for simple jokes.

Again we need to use words carefully. Blowing up a school bus full of kids of a certain race and telling a racial joke cannot be defined by the same word!

I do not accept your definition  of this being racist. This is a cultural attack. Blacks shouldnt have a seperate classification. If you mock an Irish person or a Thai person it shouldnt be less offensive. I mentioned the Dean Martin roasts of the 70s. This was prime time network and these jokes were ok. Suddenly they are not just unacceptable, they show that the person utters them is guilty of hate speech? How can that happen? That being said....

Jesse Jackson "Hymie Town"

Justice Sotomayor "Wise Latina women would reach a better decision"

Obama "Guns and God", "Acted Stupidly".

Donny Deutsch calling Mark Rubio "A Coconut"

Multiple incidents of Conservative blacks being called Uncle Toms.

I am sure you are going to dismiss all of these. None of them count in your mind.
