Sharing some of my favorite movies (that everyone always goes "huh" when I mention them)

Condorman - I still have this one on VHS and it's so worn out that I know it only has a few more plays in it and I want my son (now almost 2) to see it, so I dare not watch it until he can remember it. I watched this movie so many times as a kid and I still love it now. It's a cartoonist turned secret agent who uses his comic book ideas and gadgets to save the world. So fun - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0082199/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1

T
op Secret - My wife loves this movie so much, and I admit, It's goofy and fun. It's WWII version of Airplane. Plus Val Kilmer! http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0088286/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1

B
ig Fish - A masterpiece in storytelling and Tim Burton's visuals are as stunning as ever. If you ever grew up with an uncle, dad or grandfather who was an amazing storyteller this one will hit you square in the heart. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0319061/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1

I
know it's not obscure, but Slap Shot is one of the best sports movies ever. Just had to mention The Hansons. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0076723/?ref_=nv_sr_1

I
t would be INCONCEIVABLE to leave out The Princess Bride. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0093779/?ref_=nv_sr_1 and it does technically start with a baseball scene.

Reefer Madness: The Movie Musical is a fun watch - and whoever wrote the lyrics to the songs and decided that "transubstantiate" would make a great rhyme is genius - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0404364/?ref_=nv_sr_1

Finally, I'm probably going to hell for this, but I love Jesus Christ Vampire Hunter. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0311361/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1

I knew someone once who preferred Roger Moore...

dino, how about a "famous TV shows/movies that you've never watched" segment?

I've never been able to sit through more than a few minutes of Star Trek or any of the James Bond movies.  Or Star Wars movies.   Or Harry Potter, or Lord of the Rings.  My total combined viewing for all those might amount to 30 minutes.

Not that I actively hate any of them (in fact, seeing the original Star Trek actors in their colorful pajama-uniforms always makes me smile)...

duhsdebater..if you like roger moore just admit it.
the famous tv shows segment should be next...harry potter is too implausible for me....lord of the rings i have never watched either...james bond movies can be boring...just not done right although casino royal was just about perfect...have not seen any of the new star wars either.
