I'm sure this has been asked/answered many times but I can't find it.

How do recruit's preferences work if you change O/D mid-season? I have a few targets that like flex or M2M but I plan to switch in another 6-8 games(games 14-16 in the season).

Do any post-season games, CT in particular, count? Obviously for RS2.
