i discussed this at length with wis...these threads are called topics.....they told me posts off subject should be redlined..they are supposed to be if the topic is to remain intact.......if i have a topic about the alamo how could you post about trump......this is a very specific topic about the ongoing investigation about the mueller probe.......i invite discussion.....look at one of my early posts..it was very self deprecating regarding the probe viv a vis public patience and support.
you can have open topics or closed topics.
i am now running 2 closed subjects..the entertainment has more leeway.

I don't think anyone here is an idiot or a moron. I think we all do idiotic and/or moronic things once in a while, (some of us more than others!) but that's not the same thing. If WIS is okay with what you are doing, then go for it.

it is looking more and more that mueller will make his conclusions with trump refusing to give his side under oath.
after what trump has now admitted concerning the crafting of the trump jr meeting adoption lie.....and his saying there was nothing wrong about lying to the press - which is all of us - his public comments are not worth anything.
i am assuming mueller will list every official attempt to sit down with trump.

Lying to the press is NOT lying to all of us - regarding Mueller, or any other time. Maybe I agree with that 50 years ago, but when it is so consistently proven that the press (and all media) print (air) whatever it is they want to print (air) with zero regard for truth, I'd almost prefer our public figures lie to them. Seems we actually have a better chance of actually getting the truth that way. Heck, it's gotten to the point where people trust lawyers more than they trust media.

rudy guiliani today has strongly suggested that after the mueller probe is over he very well could pardon manafort.....
by then manafort could already be facing decades on state charges......and cant be pardoned for lying under oath.

I think Manafort should go to prison if he is found guilty of making millions of dollars illegally......many years before he ever worked for Trump. He was only the campaign manager for a matter of days. May 19 to Aug 19. No Russian collusion there. Or anywhere for that matter.

Nope. I saw it too. CNN or something. I think they are counting the days prior when he was hired to help with delegates, before he was hired as campaign manager. He was manager for only a matter of days. About 3 months.
