I realize this is a long standing league and everyone seems comfortable with the rules. And in my experience here, kelly1 runs a great draft that I enjoy.
That said, my personal preference and viewpoint is that I hate, hate, hate the no clones rule in DEP. The whole idea is that you select what you consider is the best season available when it’s your pick. But in reality you’re often penalized by who you took in earlier rounds. I think it would be better if we were all able to take whoever is still left in the league player pool and if someone ends up with a couple of Cobbs or Ruths or Big Trains , etc, so be it.

Why should anybody care iffn there are clones or not???

And while we're looking at the 'rules'; Why no trading AFTER the draft??? Why not have a 48 hour trading window B4 teams need to be submitted??? And to avoid ANY 'issues', kelly should have ABSOLUTE veto power over any potential post-draft trades...

Yes, your slot comes open at 4:00 or after The Taint goes, whichever comes first

You can pick as soon as your time slot opens or the person in front of you makes picks. The late pick can be made at any time.
If the person in front of you picks out of order, your time slot does not open. If the person in front of you picks someone that was already chosen, your time slot DOES open and that person can replace that player with a legal pick whenever they want.

I like not having clones. Adds strategy as to who to pick when as opposed to just picking best available player. I would vote against moving to clones. But any dialog that gets dilli to say "iffn" is obviously a plus.
