I posted a ticket for issues with sitemail and got this response:
Clearing the cache is the fix. If this isn't working for some people they may need to use a different browser temporarily to get it to work. If for some reason neither fix works we can look into those situations further.
If those do not fix you account, I suggest that you post your issue in the thread https://www.whatifsports.com/forums/Posts.aspx?topicID=539633
that would allow the admin to see the breadth of issues not resolved by clearing the cache.
