I have no idea who the guy who wrote that article is,and I have no idea what his biases may be. You and I may not agree with Linda Sarsour, but if CUNY wants to have her speak. that is their business. If the vice chairman of the DNC supports her I probably would not ever vote for him if the opportunity ever arose, but just because he feels that way, does not mean every democrat feels that way. There are republicans with some pretty despicable beliefs, but I know not every republican feels that way.

Trump denounced him and actually endorsed his competitor before all those charges even came out. As I said both have faults but flying that flag at the convention was just blatant disrespect in my view, especially when they asked the people with the Mississippi flag to leave.

Maybe they were just showing their support for the Palestinian people. Or should all Palestinians be condemned for being Palestinian? Denouncing a pedophile and denouncing some folks flying a flag is not the same thing. You are right about that.

I think that was just identity politics. I am actually an Independent to be fair but I will never vote Blue again so its either a third party or Red for me. I believe a lot of the people in the GOP denounced Moore. If even two people from the Dem party denounced the flying of that flag I'd be fine with that. ZERO did. Many denounced Moore.

if you were truly an independent, wouldn't you just vote for the best candidate, regardless of party affiliation?

Look, I agree it probably would have been better to ask them to take down the flag...it was not a good look. On the other had, I doubt 1 in 50 people would know it was Linda Sarsour flying the flag at the DNC. I didn't even know who the hell she was until you mentioned her name and I googled her. I don't agree with most of what she says from what I've read, but she still has the right to say it.

I am saying later on people learned who it was and why it was there. All they had to say is that they don't endorse and or condone it. Hell if they did it now I'd be fine with it. But they doubled down on it. So never voting blue again. I 100% guaranty you that you'll never see Ron Moore again. You'll see that flag and Sarsour at the next DNC and other Blue sponsored events.

Getting your "facts" from the funny pages again? Putin admitted he wanted Trump to win (for whatever reason), but he never came close to admitting he helped Trump. Of course, that's only based on an internet search I did for "Putin admits helping Trump", and not the inside political insight you get in rural Kansas. Please share those with us.
