Where in the rules does it say we get AAA players? I read em all, and unless I missed it, I didnt see any mention of us getting any...

first paragraph under the heading "Rules" states:

Standard progressive rules will apply for the most part.  Unlimited cap, unlimited IR.  You will draft 28 man roster (the amount of players available in 1984 divided by 26 teams) and will be given additional minor leaguers (Below Average).
