I tell everyone what they need to do before the season begins and usually once or twice during the season so the entire world knows who needs to win what.    I don't know what your commish does.

Probably depends on the commish.  Some owners NEVER look at the forums.

I guess it depends on how you feel about MWR, tanking and where you think EE falls on the tanker/incompetent scale.

Looking at your Cheyenne team only, I see weak win totals and declining payroll.  That's straight from the tanker handbook.    However, if I look at your overall record, I see someone who averages 73 wins per season.    Therefore, I'm not shocked that you'd fail to average 70 wins over 4 seasons while reducing payroll.  I wouldn't say you suck at HBD but I'd say you're HBD-challenged.

Having a Plan B is always a good idea.    Your Plan B, WW and international, didn't work.   Maybe you should have called up Hendrick to play 1B.

Probably.  But, if I'm getting the boot for failure to meet MWR, I'm pulling out all stops to avoid that.   I think your starting 1B OPS'd something like .720.   I imagine he could have done that.  Holding players back for development when you're getting a boot in the *** isn't a good idea.
