As I understand it, IFA will show up until the BL season ends.  I can't say I've ever seen one after game 150 or so.

Preface, if you have a link to this info, let me know. What are the rules around multi-year contracts in terms of how varied the amount you can offer per year?

Ex. 3 year deal worth $5,600,000

Can I do (if not, what are the rules):

Year 1: $4,500,000
Year 2: $4,500,000
Year 3: $7,800,000 (w/ MO)

Might the following be the answer jmarkey is looking for?

"In a two-year contract, neither season can comprise more than 60% of the total value of the contract. In a three-year contract, no season can comprise more than 40% of the total value of the contract. In a four-year contract, no season can comprise more than 30% of the total value of the contract. In a five-year contract, no season can comprise more than 25% or less than 10% of the total value of the contract."

I have this guy who has won 3 Cy Youngs in 5 seasons pro. I have what I consider two other #1's, a #2, and 2#3's. How high am I for contemplating moving him to the pen?

If you have 5 pitchers better than him, go ahead and do it.  Then GTFO of the 'tard league that allows you to accumulate talent like that.

There are not 5 pitcher better than him, other than stamina dur/combo. If I had 5 pitchers better why would I bother asking for your infinite wisdom?

Most people like to get their best pitchers the maximum number of innings.  The best way to do that is to have them start a game.  He's capable of starting.  It would make no sense to use him in the pen.
