I think your world is getting unbalanced if you have more than two 100 win teams in either league.

You really shouldn't have more than one 100 loss team in either league. If you do, you're developing a problem.

If you have a single 120 win/loss team, you have a problem. Also, if your playoff teams have been decided at the trade deadline, you've got a problem.

The cost will depend very much on you. I think home improvements are good idea. A) if you're going to live there, it's always nice to make a change every now and then B) If you're going to sell, the "new" look will only increase the value.
