You can pick up a good bit in 2 seasons.   Even more if you read the forums.   I would take advice from someone with 2 seasons with a grain of salt.   They didn't "build" or "maintain" anything in those two seasons.   At 20, you should have a good handle on all aspects of the game.

Why does the medical bug appear to have stopped working on Johnny Black?  I've got $20m medical, he's been on the 60-day DL since last season, and I decided to leave him on the 60-day DL this season as an experiment. 

I got two "Johnny Black is nearing a full recovery" emails (on 1/24 and 2/5) which correspond to the two "Injury Recovery" lines on his card, and saw 2 point increases in both range and health with each of those.  But his most recent line on his card is just a "Regular Season" line with no improvement.

I've been getting that for about two seasons.  I think WifS attempted a repair and have caught most of the med bug issues.    I don't think I've gotten more than two recovery bumps in about 6 months.   But I've seen others that have.
