With the 13/1, the number of games matter.    Either way, if I were winning, I wouldn't skimp D at SS.

Terribly inconsistent.  Low control, velocity and GB/FB.  With 36/17, you might get 50 innings out of him.   Since he'll walk batters and give up homers, he'll have a bad inning or ten each season.  5 bad innings(hit, walk, homer) will wreck his seasons stats as it's 1/10th of his season.    But his pitches and VR/VL will produce plenty of shutout innings.   You'll just have to look at individual outings as opposed to season stats.  Worth a roster spot if you can carry a 50 inning type.
