Like a lot of series on TV the blacklist will have a short season seven. Episode 17 was cut short because of the virus so they finished it by using graphic art with remote dialogue.
Perhaps this will be a way of Continuing some series if there is no other recourse.

If I were a mayor or a governor I would have already used eminent domain to take over all Trump-owned properties in my territorial jurisdiction and convert them to treating patients or housing the homeless.

Either you don't understand what Eminent Domain is or this is just a terrible idea, beyond the obvious pettiness. Anything seized by eminent domain requires just compensation to the original owner. Trump fills his property full of so much extraneous gold, you really don't want to be paying for that out of city or state funds.
