Of course you are twisting my previous words. That's par for the course here. However, if you think the way Americans, or any Country's people, view and treat their Leader doesn't have any effect on how the rest of the World views and treats them, you are simply wrong. Nothing you, or anyone else, can say will change my opinion of that. Do I agree that Trump's childish, bullying, immature behavior and constant lying hurt his cause with Americans as well as the rest of the World? Absolutely. Does any of those things legitimize all the additional lies and BS that people throw at him? Not in my mind. As I've already said far too many times, good luck finding a US Presidential candidate who isn't guilty of lying to Americans and at least one or two of the others. Although I do think Trump has done some good things, you won't find anywhere I ever said Trump has been a good POTUS. I will however repeat that I believe he was a better choice for the job that HRC. Doubt anything ever changes my view on that either. Really, really tired of having the same back-and-forth. Most of this was said 2.5 years ago. Just no point to it. Enjoy your POTUS-bashing thread.

I think we'll see some results out of this one.

it is not a new investigation....it is the inquiry into the mueller report sent to congress....to confirm and flesh out the findings.
but yes, there will be more investigation into the collusion that was found.

Every president and elected official has lied to the public at one time or another. It comes with the job. I know you feel he is and was a better choice than HRC. Much as I dislike HRC I disagree with you, We will never know for sure. I'm still waiting for you to show me where I bashed him by lying about him. Everything I have ever said about trump is the truth.
One other thing. Sure, if we respected him more, the rest of the world might respect him more as well. The problem is he has done very little to earn my respect. I respect the office of the POTUS. That doesn't mean I respect whoever holds that office. Someone wants my respect, they need to earn it.

but with trump it is a moral imperative.

There is never a moral imperative to attack another human being in this manner. The only way in which some moral constructs allow a moral imperative to attack another person is in order to mitigate an obvious immediate threat.

I'm not saying nobody could argue that Trump poses meaningful threats to the long-term wellbeing of the country and its inhabitants. I am saying that nobody could argue that trash talking him on the internet is going to do anything to alleviate that threat.

i was being a bit facetious when i said moral imperative but trump did bring the trash talk onto himself for being the first president to engage in it on a daily basis and on a massive constant tirade....he made the usa into a trash talk country...for this alone i will never forgive him.

but from a political standpoint he is such a danger to the world that there i do say it is a moral imperative to do everything rational to get him to lose the election if he cant be removed by the senate.

On another note, Biden flip-flopping (after decades) on spending Federal Funds on abortions further shows two things I have been repeating over and over here: 1) The Parties have far, far too much control in this Country and 2) EVERY politician becomes a puppet of those Parties or their career is over.
