Raise-fold is the most important line in poker to master.

that said, my propensity to give people too much credit for 3-bets in the early levels is a big part of why I have some trouble at times in wifsop due to the field size and structure.

same here and I seem to end up close the silverpaw each time and there's no telling what the hell he is holding half the time so I tend to fold whenever he does that.

Sometimes it seems like most of the skill in poker lies with what you do with JJ/TT/AQ.

Brett what time tomorrow is the sng madness freeroll? I am really hoping to play good in that. Imagine a third of the feild wont show. I need to grind it out.

Besides that looks like Sunday will be my pokering day of the weekend. Always a chance of being on every day just depends how much I want to push things.

I'll be on here and there throughout the weekend, probably culminating in a bunch of play Sunday night.

Picked up $9 on .25/.50 at UB, mincashed both daily doubles. Once that bonus gets awarded later I'll be up $45 or so for the night. Not really feeling the late night thing, so I think I'll call it there.

Just finished 2nd of 203 in a $3 Limit tourney for $100 profit. I started my own poker accountability spreadsheet, so tonight will look good for a while.

Played like crap yesterday. Exact situation we were talking about. In the freeroll we were about 1k away from bubble and I overplayed JJ. Early position ships 3500 (blinds 100/200) this player was bad and just lost a ton of chips with Q high on a board that had a K. So he got one caller from a guy with 20k. Im sitting with 12k with JJ and decide to push as the callers range should be wide.

He has AA. and im out. could easily just folded. ugh...when will i learn.

Won a seat for event 8, but cashed it out (for about $10 profit). Haven't decided if I'm going out for the 4:00 games yet.

Im running 2nd in plo rebuy on UB at 2nd break...and 2nd in Joe Seboks twitter tourney with a bunch of added prized in it. "One time!"

TM, what do you mean by "cashed it out"? I just won a SNG to get entry into FTOPS #10. Not sure if I actually want to play. Can I unregister and get the buy-in, thus profiting from the SNG?
