Yet Buff had about 30 good games for Atlanta and he's a Norris winner?

Crawford has made our goaltending a strength and it's not a debate.

As if on cue. Poor and mistimed physical play from the hawks gets an interference penalty called on them (on home ice)..... which in turn allows cbj to tie the game up.

Buff has played 200 career games and Is having a good season. I already said lidstrom is the best defender this season.... but yes buff is in in the Norris cup running 'this season'. 17 goals is a lot for a defenseman.

I'll debate it.... your record sucks and Columbus just scored again.

That was a bad call, as Kopecky got shoved over the goalie.

That's not a debate.  Our goaltending has been a strength and it's still not open for debate.  Period.

Hopefully this one ends up 6-5 for the Jackets.........But Sharp gets me 5 points for my hockey pool

It was interference because your guy boarded a guy without the puck. I was referring to stalbergs penalty.

Amazing though how I flip to the flyers game and back and I see Crawford has allowed a 4th goal to one of the only 4 teams worse than the hawks in the west.

Oh, yeah Stalbergs was a penalty.

Allowing a power play goal thru traffic happens.  The fact remains the goaltending has been the least of our problems.

I suppose when you are the 11th seed in the west and losing to Columbus that being 13th in ga-g and 18th in save% would be a strength ;)

It is, but that doesn't mean our goaltending hasn't been a strength.

to me this will be the defining moment for the Hawks..being the reigning cup champs you find a way to win this game, no matter what you gut it out..if you cant and the lowly Jackets beat you?, you are done..you lack character ,you will never win the cup again for another 50 years..that being said..if the Hawks win this game ,i give them props and believe they can do it..being a champ..you find a way to beat columbus

A 23-8 record, .920 s%, 2.42 ga is a promising start for Bobs on the flyers.... but I'm not ready to claim the flyers have solved their goalie problems for the long term. You shouldn't either with Crawford. He definitely does look good.... but the jury is still out after only 30 games.

Case in point.... Bobs just gave up a gwg with under 3 minutes left.

StL, Det, Min, Cbj all get 2 points tonight.
The ducks and hawks get 0.
Hawks are running out of time to turn it around.
