Recruiting Summaries to come in the next few days; as the projections above indicate, I've dropped everyone into my spreadsheet, it's just a matter of finding witty things to say.
As to scouting strategies: I can testify to mine. With A+ prestige, I picked far away states and scouted them with FSS that no one would have a distance advantage on. I did New Mexico, Arizona, South Dakota, Arkansas (which was TERRIBLE), and North Carolina. Only NC was close to being "local talent". With our home in DC, the South is really the way to go for some distance advantage and not oversaturation.
