.380 OBP.   Unless I'm on an aggressive/very aggressive steal setting because my entire team steals.    Then I probably don't want the slow guy in my line-up at all.

If a player's arbitration request seems reasonable, is it better to just to offer the same amount he requests, or try to save a few $$$? If low-balling him runs the risk of ******* him off in future negotiations, does meeting his price make him more likely to re-sign?
