How are the lower divisions going to get implemented? With all the USA and England teams should they not have been formed with two divisions?

We are still working on a development schedule, so I can't really say. I know that's one of the things at the top of the list.

We will have more users and will work them into the existing leagues.

how do you identify the AI teams in a league? do the AI accept transfer bids or sign free agents?

How long should it take (how many seasons) to see teams starting moving up into a new division? Will that division be populated with AI teams or only the promoted teams?

When a new division is created in a league, it's not really teams from the current division getting promoted, it's that a new division is created below the current lowest division. As for how long we can expect that to take, I have no idea.

I have been on the waiting list for Russia for like 2 weeks! What gives? Is there any estimate of how long it will be until I get placed into a league?

The original wait time was supposed to be 3 weeks or less. We are still shooting for this, but we don't want to create partially filled worlds, so it is possible the wait may be a little longer. It will not be more than 54 days ever, since that is how long it takes for worlds to go through a season. Oncer the existing worlds start rolling over season, clubs on the waiting lists will be placed in those worlds versus creating new worlds. The first worlds will start rolling over in February. We also have plans to get some more users in the game, so that would also trigger some new worlds until the current ones start rolling over.

Like 2 weeks! Like wow! Many people waited like 2-3 months to be placed like in a league. Ahh, the impatience of youth ...

Interesting news norbert. Will there be updates released and described a la HBD? I've noticed some small changes to the game since it's inception, but its always nice to know what things are changing or in the works to be changed.

Great news norbert. Would much rather see the current worlds evolve into multi leagues then see everything diluted through too many worlds.

Yes. Right now, most of the focus is spent on getting these initial worlds created and up and running. If there are any major changes, we will put a news item on the FC Dynasty Home page. Minor changes will most likely just be placed in the forums.
