I wasn't alive in this era - my dad was born in the late 40s and has vivid memories of Yankees and Senators baseball in the 50s, so these are "his" players.
Apparently, I went to a few Sox games in the 70s, but I don't remember them well.
Vividly remember great seats at a Roger Clemens start in 1985 at Fenway and thinking man, that guy's a powerful pitcher. Saw Puckett and the gang at the Metrodome a couple of times and loved that stadium. (Laser shows on domed roofs are pretty cool to teenagers.) Also have enjoyed trips to Wrigley and to the dome in Montreal a few years before the Expos packed up. Paying like $5 USD to see (along with the other 10 fans who were there!) Vladimir Guerrero play in his prime was nice.
