I also would come back if he stepped down or changed his tune. I gave him the job due to being too caught up in my daughters softball games. I thought he was a nice person, boy was my judgment wrong and for that I apologize to my former league mates. There are many other things in my life to worry about then fake baseball so to me not such a big deal. Again I'm sorry for giving the power to someone who acts like Karl Marks.

Remember that all of this hyperbole is simply because I allowed a team to move from Buffalo to Pittsburgh, and then admonished those who felt that such an act was an assault on their civil rights.

So you admit that you unilaterally decided that the rules we agreed on can be scrapped at your discretion? And, I'll put this is bold so you'll see it: We did not leave because a team moved, but because of your dictatorial attitude.

This is so funny, you keep trying to change history so you can divert attention from the real issue which is you handle the issue very badly.

Looks like the world filled. Good luck to you all, especially larryscubs.

has anyone considered having commishes that don't have teams in the world? i think it would be far easier to run a league if you didn't have a team. i'd volunteer to run one.

how could it work? the commish would obviously enforce rules, be able to chat... probably not make roster adjustments... hmmm... anyone have any thoughts on this?

You'd be one of the few volunteers. I wouldn't do it.
2/12/2010 5:58 PM
yeah you would. really? you'd be great at it.

Nah. Contrary to popular belief, I don't like being bossy or confrontational. I care about my worlds but I'm not so sure I'd argue nearly as vehemently about what's "right" in your world.
