getting back to the original point of the thread, I'm not sure if there is an "issue" or not. Even if there is an "issue," I'm certain it isn't big
Bi Gal showed that any player who is given 2,000 MLB ABs will hit a HR. So any player with enough "MLB talent" to accumulate 2,000 ABs can't have a "zero power" rating (as defined as zero power = zero HRs)
But that fact doesn't mean that any player given 2,000 HBD ABs should hit a HR at some point. And if a zero power rating even meant 1 HR per 2,000 ABs (which it can't based on what we have seen), that means a couple HRs tops for the long career of a D-spec SS or CF. Hardly something to get worked up about.
