If this is his way to bite back at WIS for a subpar hiring logic, then I don't see this as a bad thing. How else is he going to get back at WIS? He's just to grin and bear it just because it's more convenient for the rest of you? How effing selfish are you guys. Get screwed like this guy did, then get back to me, until then, let the man make his stand and deal with it as he sees it to be appropriate. It's funny how high and mighty you all get when something eventually doesn't go your way via another user.
I don't really care what the TOS says, he paid for the seasons, it's his team and as far as I'm concerned, he can do whatever the hell he wants with it. If you're ****** about conference RPI, tough, you should back your peer in his stance against the hiring logic policy instead of turning your back on him.
So, Colonels, if you don't care about the TOS, you think that anyone who has a disagreement with you should be able to violate the terms of any contract they have with you and it will be a - ok?
The guy feels that he got screwed by the system, and a lot of folks seem to think that he has a legitimate argument, so if he's not supposed/allowed to raise his black-gloved fist in defiance by flushing his team down the can to make a stand, then what's a suitable alternative for him to make a statement? I don't give a damn who/what he hurt, he's making the most powerful statement you can make...why shouldn't he?
Like I said, it seems the only right answer here for most of you is that wisefella should merely grin and bear it and "wait til next year"...well you know what...bullshit. I guess the only other credible alternative is hunrdeds of dollars in refunds for the money wisefella wasted...
Wait, so because he was frustrated with the hiring process, all the seasons he played are now "wasted" and he should be refunded? And the only way to take revenge on WIS is to pay them and make his conference mates mad?
If 25 seasons at an A+ school weren't good enough to get him an A- job, then yes I certainly believe he's entitled to some sort of refund, maybe not in full, but some...it's better than just taking it in the *** because a lot of pompous, holier than thou folks think he should because it's convenient for THEM/THEIR CONFERENCE.
Also, from what I understand, he's no longer paying to play, guessing he had credits or leftover seasons. At this point, do you really think he gives a f*** about what you/me/his conference mates think of him? He has/had nothing left to lose...how can you not see/understand this...just remember, if WIS didn't have a ridiculous hiring policy (to which I've griped about myself) then this never would have happened...so who's really to blame here?
