I've seen pre-teen girls exert more force.   But it was a physical, in the weakest sense of the term, act being committed on an unwilling participent.  That qualifies as "violent".   Although, if it happened to me, I'd be sort of embarrassed to say "I was assaulted!!"

And always remember that this person was there to cause trouble. They were part of the protest. So when things got heated somone gets pushed to the ground and held there with a foot.

If you want a technical answer of course it was violent.

If you want the answer in the proper context than no act of violence existed.

It's a protest trick.   Be a nuisance and, when you get put in your place, yell "What did  I do??!?!?"

There is an old axiom that says "if you say something three times and no one stops you it becomes the truth"

You cannot change peoples minds about their core beliefs, but you can make them lean on an undecided issue by being the last thought in their head.

And when did we start tossing about words like lie and stupid so easy. Are simple matters of opinion really proof of a lie, or worse stupidity?
