Interesting: Royals and Brewers each left out for the first time.

Also: Wow, there have been two legs without Yankees?
Until we started using performance in Rule V instead of real life performance for the draft order, the Yankees always drafted last.  With that and the anti-Yankee feelings of many, they got left out a couple of times.  Surprised to see KC not chosen, they're usually a solid performer.  The Brewers have been left out before, but that may date back to before we have data.

I guess my feeling on the alignment is that if we're using MLB players, we should try to stick close to MLB division alignment.  No one is right or wrong on this of course, especially since things have greatly changed since 1969.

I respect his accomplishment, and I respect how hard he played the game.  I do not respect anyone affiliated with the game who bet on baseball.  Sorry.

He was caught betting on baseball, I promise you that other people in the game of baseball have done things we judge as wrong.
