That's the problem with using a vanilla bible. The words get lost in the translation into ignorance. Notice the usage of both said and saith in the KJV. The first is a simple past tense or past participle, the latter is a third-person singular simple present indicative. The Nimrod Version you quoted from just uses "said" in both instances, which is wrong and makes one wonder just how many translation errors are there in that Sesame Street bible of yours?

What did you just get wrong about the Dead Sea scrolls?

I'm not sure, doug. The KJV translation from Hebrew/Aramaic to Early Modern English is inherently flawed as well?

Nimrod version? Is that what they call the Catholic Bible? It has extra "books" in it. I've never actually seen or read those.
