I feel that in these "highest salary picks first" versions of 16x16, those who jump in quickly to nominate a starting pitcher (especially one with a good $10M+ season and not much else) have a rather sizable advantage right from the start.

Instead of doing nominations on a first come first served basis, I'd like to see nomination order randomized after 16 people sign up.
A highly worthy suggestion. I'd favor that.

It wasn’t as much of an issue last version. The deadball pitchers definitely make this true though.
