If you have a team that is playing great, then starts to play horrible ... how long would you just shrug it off before you'd make some lineup/ pitching/ roster changes?  What would be a small smaple size of playing like ****? 

I set my line-up for 20 games and try not to mess with it.  After that, every day could bring a change in the order.   Takes about a 1/3 of the season before I'll make a roster change if, and only if, I wasn't sold on a player when the season started.

I do hate those kind of questions because there are so many factors that go into determining an ERA.  Park, competition and defense are the three that jump to mind.   That said, he doesn't really appear to be anything other than league average in most categories.   His velocity/GB will help but I don't see how he runs anything better than low 4 on his career.
