In MG, crump spent 0 college and got the best college SP I saw with my 20m with the #2 pick.   Conversely, I spent 0 HS and got what I've been told was the best HS pitcher with the 8th pick.  I took a chance because his currents pretty much matched a HS player I took with 20m HS in Coop with the 3rd pick.   I think those are both anomalies but it happened.    I think 16m is pretty safe if the currents/projections "match up".

First of all, I am assuming that a 3B is more important than a CF.  Correct?

Second, Which of these two guys would you play at CF and which one at 3B if you no choice?  Or is it a wash?

3B will get more plays but poor plays in CF leads to extra bases.   IMO, they are completely different skill sets so I never have to make a choice.  In your case, you have 2 3B.   Play the higher range one in CF and cross your fingers.
