Pretty excited about this guy Hardball Dynasty – Fantasy Baseball Sim Games - Player Profile: Julio Cruz   He's currently in AA with a pitch coach with a rating of 69.  But  I was able to land a former ML pitching coach with 86 pitch rating for AAA. 

Do I move Cruz up and let him work with the awesome coach?  Or just keep him in AA and progress one level a season?
