I fear that interest is on the wane. It's obvious that uncleal has no video to post, and his smug little "Patience is a virtue" act has gone nowhere. On the other hand, it got kind of fun when out of the blue he threw a conniption and threatened to ban everybody from his Hale Bopp spaceship.
To liven things up, I have another possible technique. Shortstop fields the ball flips it to second -- a little higher than usual, a little bit harder than usual and with a bit of sidespin. The LH2B, mimicking a soccer player, heads the ball toward first base. The HEADER.
I'm not convinced that it would work, but I am convinced that it is at least as good as uncleal's proposed EXORCIST technique.
(I came up with this idea during my 10-year-old's AAU game this weekend. On a little soft liner in the infield, the first baseman leaped and reached for the ball but only managed to tip it off the webbing of his glove. The second baseman, who was moving behind the first baseman, had been in position to catch the ball but when the first baseman tipped it, it went over the 2B's glvoe and hit him on the top of the head. The second baseman, if anyone cares, was right handed.)

The HEADER could work, on a short diamond, with the fat kid batting.

Maybe if the LH2B wore some sort of specialty cap with a little springiness to it. But now we're getting back to the helmeted autistic kid concept ...

Well, let's go about it like this then....
The LH2B could have one of those beanies with the propeller on top of it. But, instead of a propeller, it's actually a spring-loaded catapult-like device. So, LH2B takes the feed from the SS, and places the ball in the catapult while he makes the pivot. Then. once facing the 1B bag, he makes the HEADER motion, thus propelling the ball to first base.

OK, now you're just being silly...

I still like the punt.

How about if instead of throwing across his body (since, as we all know, that is unnecessary), he throws OVER his body? Like, ball is in your hand, which is over your right shoulder, your elbow bent over the top of your head. Then just throw the ball directly to your . Not really a sidearm, but an overhand pitch that goes sideways rather than forward.
Someone else can come up with a creative name for this one.

The Cricket Bowler technique?

kinda like this?

Spinning side kick? Of course, if that's the technique used, he could be a no-handed 2B.

I can't believe it, but my brother brought a point. I don't know how feasible it is, but maybe. Jump and spin 270 degrees to get cross body throw to 1st.

The idea is to get the runner out at first.

Sort of a slowed-down version of the TASMANIAN DEVIL, which has already been suggested. But this one is more delicate and controlled. I think this one is the PIROUETTE.

If the 2B played shallow, he could run towards 2nd in an arc pattern, bringing him to the bag on the infield side with his body facing CF. The SS throws to the outfield side of the bag, allowing the 2B to make a bare hand catch (with arm facing -center field) and step on the bag at the same time (with right foot), then make a fadeaway throw with decent mustard on it.
