Well my draft pick just went from being a 60 to a 70. That stuff is so weird.

now that i know hes good i put him on all my pp lines. hes perfect for a pp QB. 82 shot power, 75 passing, 59 offense, 85 defense.

is the bomb icon for power shot?

I did a long practice & a medium practice with a day off in-between the first 3 days after the draft & my pick didn't change at all.

I clearly have no concept of this game....My practices don't yield too many changes for players either, and none of my original players are worth a ****. I have players who were high in potential that I've been training since season 1 who are still below 70 overall....I guess every league needs a doormat though.

you have to upgrade your training in finances. the more you upgrade the more results you see from practices.

your coach's ability to train is a factor also.



I feel your pain though, don. I don't see nearly the results some of the guys do.

My training is at 6. I don't have the funds to upgrade to 7 yet.
The coach is at 68 training, so I should of taken that into consideration before resigning him. Maybe I'll cut my losses and look for a new coach.

Ha! Fired the coach in the middle of the Blews game.....Found a short term dick with better training and intelligence ratings.... I'll see what happens there.

im really glad i shelled out the money at the beginning for the best coach available. 86 leadership, 87 intelligence, 95 training, 107 experience.

that appeared to be an indication of where my team is at this season. 4-0 spanking at the hands of the capitals.

I'm thinking of changing coaches as well, however he has an expiring contract so I may just ride it out.
