That is not a question. But I'll respond. I don't think WifS has changed their policy. I just think they haven't responded. However, if they have, it certainly changes the way things will work. Anyone could join a world, win 41 games per season to maintain that tough .250 that WifS demands and tank their way to high draft picks/big money internationals with no fear of repercussions. Even worse, they can start doing it in any world they're currently in. World rules/guidelines will no longer apply once you've made it into a world.
