There are a handful of franchises worse than the Mighty Raiders.

Lions, Browns, Rams for starters. It may be years before any of those, including the Raiders, see post-season action again. You can probably throw the Bills, Bucs and Chiefs into the same pot.

Do you really think with 12 playoff teams that none of the teams on this list will be in the playoffs for the next 2+ years?

When I added three, I knew that I decreased my chances of being right. But, if you look at their divisions, and their current personnel, I don't see how any of those 7 can overcome their deficiencies.

Packers, Vikings
The entire division
Rams actually have the best chance to turn it around.
Chargers, Broncos
Pats, Jets
Entire division

I just don't see any of those 7 being better than 3rd best for the next couple of seasons. Unless Denver falls apart.
