Well, it worked into our big picture really. dtownlove10 has been super busy lately so it seemed to make sense, and nobody stepped up when I asked. There really didn't seem to be alot of time either to make decisions this challenge (don't recall if there was actually fewer days or the particular days that the challenge was broached I.E. life schedules of our guys). B/C of these factors basically saving dtown (should he have not been able to play his game in a timely manner like the previous challenge, he may have forced our hand) was imperitive as he is a great player, just time strapped...

There actaully was about a half day less time to choose teams this time in an effort to move the game along.

Also if you have found a hidden imunity idol and wish to play it please let me know via SM.

Not from what I've seen. I've been fortunate to win a few games but every one of them has been extremely competitive. The challenges have been much closer than the final results indicate.

It changes a lot of the gameplay. Instead of going for the win, you may want to just get one run in to keep it close and win immunity.

Hehe, those were some fine ones for sure! Nothing like a half gallon of Stone Ruination IPA to get the ole picture posting going. I will have to see if I can top those sometime soon, it will be hard though.

Toddle- Did anyone ever expect to go down 6-0?

Hell no... We all thought that we had a pretty good chance to win. Throw out one blowout and all of the games were very close- (2-1, 2-1 in 10 innings, 3-1, 2-0, 3-2.) In hindsight maybe Schang would have given us more explosive offenses... but would the pitching have been reliable? We need to find the right combo of both going forward.

But I don't feel that we made a bad choice. When you have the chance to pitch with Koufax & Drysdale against most teams- you feel you have a good shot to win. Hopefully we'll get another shot to find a team with Pitching, an Offense, and a pen and we'll get the job done. Or whatever oddball combination the challenge may call for.

As far as I'm concerned, We're right there. I think it was time for Stone Cold to go... We Need somone to out-flamoyant-an-ize Rick Flair. And since Richard Simmons and Elton John can't wrestle- I think sabre made a brilliant move bringing a guy on board like the Macho Man. If anyone can survive in the pressure cooker of Survivor and let his true colors shine, Macho is the Man!!

For the record I was a big Macho Man fan in the late 80's early 90's. However interesting tibbit. Macho Man held the WWF title 2 times and the WCW title 2 times. Twice he was defeated by Flair to lose his title. (The other 2 losses were to Hogan)

Bastan- How does a tribe that goes 6-0 decide how to vote someone out?

It is hard for sure. Actually talked to a few guys about it and everyone realizes it sucks that one of us has to go after dominating so much the past few weeks. I think this has been the first time that a winning team has had to get rid of someone, so it does take some extra thought process now that the game has changed.

Ackety- What needs to change for this tribe to get back on track?


I think we just hit some bad luck. Every game was close and we have good strategy. I think only one person offered a different alternative to the strategy we took -- sabreclub pushed for the Yanks. But honestly, this is the second challenge in a row that I offered this as one of my early options, so i stand FIRMLY behind Foolish's decision. Hopefully (if I stick around) we can change this streak.
