I think it's an indicator of future problems.   The last rook I recall refusing to participate in the traditional "hazing"(and it's not really hazing) was Shockey.  I think he got in fight because he refused to sing his alma mater before he ate.  I'm sure everyone remembers how well liked he was in NY.   And how they won a SB when he was hurt and not a locker room presence.

Did DIAH go through similar hazing when he went to prison?

Semi-serious question:  Why is it that wide receivers seem to have the most attitude issues among draftees? 

They're nothing without the ball.  So, over the years, they've had to do/say things to make sure they were noticed.  They've developed a need to be recognized.  It manifests itself in good and bad ways.   I think the "bad" ones, TO, Ochocinco, Moss, etc., lose control of their desire to be noticed and, if they're not being recognized for catching TDs, they're going to find another way.

I have 3 SUbs and 1 of them gets called to pitch a LOT more then the others problem is he is clearly by a long shot the worst of the 3. Crazy as it seems he even gets called into situations that a SUa should have been, this has happened numerous times. Why is this? How can I fix this?

As I understand it, the SuB is called on to pitch when the score differential is higher than when the SuA would be called(I think it's 3+ runs).  It stands to reason that the worst SuB would pitch the most often.  If you don't want him to pitch, put him on rest.   In all honesty, I don't know why you'd have 3 SuB.  That seems like overkill.

why is it that one season my closer will have 30+ saves with 3 blown saves and an ERA under 2.00.  The next season he has an ERA of 7+ and I end up demoting him.  My players in all my leagues seem to be very inconsistent.  Is it coaching?  IIs it just my rotten luck?

just today said sub was called in when I was winning the game 1-0 in the 6th inning.  My LRA and my 2 SUAs were all 100% and yet the sim decides to use my worst pitcher.   He actually pitched decently for the 1st inning, but the first batter in the next inning blasts a homer and he is pulled.  Seems to me that he really shouldnt have been chosen in that situation no?

Relievers have very inconsistent stats due to limited opportunities.    A 3 run homer is his first one inning appearance gives him a 27 ERA.   Takes him 8 more games of shutout appearances for the same inning to make his ERA respectable.

My guess is your SuA are set for 7th-8th inning.    Not sure why the LRA was ignored but I'm sure there's a programmed logic behind it.
