Republicans don't want people voting. But the new Georgia voting law also removes critical safeguards that prevented Trump from stealing the election last year. For example, it reduces the power of the Secretary of State and gives more to the Legislatures. Similar bills have been introduced in states like Arizona and Pennsylvania.

I would urge everyone who is interested in the effects of political propaganda to look at polling data regarding the economy. Specifically, how Republicans view the economy. They thought it was horrible under Obama, but basically the second Trump got elected, they suddenly saw the economy as fantastic. Democrats' perception of the economy dipped down under Trump, but not nearly as much as Republican perception went up. Even during COVID, they thought the economy was doing great. Now that Biden is elected, the polls reversed again. Suddenly, Republicans seem to think the economy sucks.

I get the desire to "both sides" things. But this isn't a "both sides" issue. The Republican Party is filled with sheep NPC's who will repeat back their coding. Look at polling on bombing Syria. Republican support 180'd when Trump did it.
