This season was a lot like the last one. We spent all year looking like a contender; in fact we got to the top (briefly) in RPI and as high as 2nd in the rankings. But then we crapped out in the second round again.

In other notes, Ronald Smith finished his junior year as Vassar's all-time leading scorer and currently stands fourth in Knight D3. So obviously we will be trying to protect him from the Jeff Gilloolys of the world, and from double teams.

Smith and Batson seem not to like each other, as Batson stated after last year's second-round NT shocker "Give me my f*cking team already, pops!" Smith remained stoic.
