It depends on your definition of a problem, the problem might not be as drastic as I said. If you are ok with the idea that almost everyone will have a 80+ pitching, bench, and hitting coach but most teams will have a fielding coach in the 50's and 60's then there will not be a problem. I think WIS will add coaches to the mix before the 5 seasons reach us so we will never know.

So you're not willing to admit what you see? You're going to stubbornly stick with "You'll have a problem in 5-6 seasons!!"

I'm a little surprised. You can see the HC in MG. You can see that these guys aren't really needed as HC. I know it's hard to say "You might have a point" but the evidence is there. Ignore it if you must.

I said the problem would not be as drastic. I was originally expecting coaches in the thirties and fourties, you have changed my mind to think coaches will be in the fifties and sixties. That does not mean I still think its all ok, its just not as bad as I originally projected. Were you expecting me to say that fielding instructors will now be inline with all the other coaching jobs?

Do you think they should be?

I think they'll be BETTER than the S1 coaches I posted. And, as I pointed out, worlds weren't forced to shut down because everyone didn't have an 80 FI.

If WIS does nothing, I dont think the bottom half of fielding coaches will be better in 5 seasons than the bottom half of the coaches of season 1.

Zbrent...I stand corrected, you spent a little over 2 million on him, that coach had never made more than 480k as a third base coach.

I doubt anyone is going to pay 2 million for a 50 rated fielding coach. No one is going to want a fielding coach that bad unless they over budgeted.

You believe this despite what I showed you?

I also didn't spend it, but that's irrelevant too. The point is that you can hire guys to less prestigious jobs, if you are willing to spend the money. So, the 70+ fielding coaches are there for you, if you are willing to spend the money.

The whole of HBD is about making decisions. Decide how badly you want that 70+ fielding coach. If you don't want it badly enough to spend money on it, why should you be given one by Admin?

Wouldn't that be an option? Or, if they choose not to, wouldn't that be their problem if they got a 33 FI?
