Still having the recruit generation big man spd ratio issue.   I've done any number of searches and the spd has just been WAY over nerfed.   Don't know if it's going to be addressed or not.

I have no information telling me who I'm playing tonight in the conference tournament.  It's not there.  Not sure if you guys are holding it off or what?

In an exhibition game my team had 35 fouls called against us, while the other team had just 16... resulting in a 43-16 FTA advantage.
3 of my 4 players that fouled out of the game are these guys:
Patterson SF - (JR) 53 ATH / 41 SPD / 54 DEF / B+ PRESS
Kahn PG - (RedShirt SO) - 41 / 67 / 48 B+
Stafford PG - (RS JR) 36 / 54 / 44 / A-

(and the previous game my team had 28 PFs to the other team's 15... and Stafford fouled out in this game too)

So, 63 fouls committed by my team in just 2 games vs a total of 32 combined fouls by my opponents.

You are a D3 school playing D2 schools.  What do you expect?

Reinsel, checking your teams, I can see the reason for your justifications... you don't run press.

Perhaps this isn't the place for this, but how come the recruits that were generated for Rupp and Tark were so vastly different? The talent was much greater in Tark, the ability to talk to higher ranked players, the # of players who were low in major categories, as well as the number of players who were high in 6+ categories. The recruits in Tark were unlike any I had ever seen, and in Rupp they looked more like the 'normal' recruits I'd gotten used to over the last 10 seasons or whatever.

The Rupp recruits we are currently signing were generated with the old engine, right?

The new ones generated after this signing period will be from the new engine.

That would make sense.

Neither team goes uptempo.  I play man-to-man with pretty good D2 def ratings.

193 points.

72 fouls

6 foul outs

95 FTA

I have always played DII schools during the preseason and most of the time I win. These 2 DII schools did not have superior talent.

So, against a +2 defense, Kent St.'s collection of bricklayers goes 6-12 from behind the arc against a +2 in the first half and then 5-7 against a +3 in the second half?  Glad to see HD's "striving for realism" campaign is going so well.

DIII Wooden game pitting two fast, athletic who run press/fb
71 total fouls and the corresponding endless free throws
4/5 starters on the losing team foul out, and one reserve fouls out
Beloit's starting SF does not start the second half - presumably due to foul trouble (I've never seen this before), though he fouls out eventually (and quickly) anyway

Rebounding in this engine is ridiculous. Has anyone else notices that REB ratings have very little impact on how well a team reabounds now?

That game is just the latest example of a tea, managing to rebound well with absolutely NO big rebounders.
