Why you guys picked before your time

its only 4
and the 7'00 already picked

thats not fair for the one been skipped

Why 5, 6, and 7 o'clock already picked

Weren't you in this league last time, rizitos?

In every theme league I've been a part of, once the draft officially starts, any owner who doesn't pick before their allotted time is up can be skipped. 

rizitos, your slot was for 12:00-1:00 pm. the guys waited as long as they could. i think you're on vacation somewhere, right... 4 hours ahead. am i right?

he knows that, brad, i think rizitos thought he was up at 4 pm.

i understand the one at 1.2.3 and 4

but why the 5 o'clock did not wait until is time

IMPORTANT:

Everyone, remember as soon as you've picked to sitemail the two guys after you - the one who's up, and the one on deck. 

That way, each owner should have reasonable notice that their slot is coming up soon.

Also, if you think you might miss your time slot, send a proxy via sitemail to at least a couple owners (including someone who picks right before and/or after you).
