In my $100 mil theme notes as I enter my team (which I found nowhere as tough as the $70 mil theme which I'm still struggling with), I see all ballparks are permitted yet the theme notes restrict them to one of your 4 SP home parks.I assume the theme notes are in error?

yep, the 4 SP league is difficult, lots of reasearch and hours trying things out. schwarze likes these puzzle leagues. the best combos I found are nowehere near as good as a normal $100M league.

That was the same thing I struggled with.  I'd vet all my options, build a team and think it looked pretty good, then realize it was only about as good as my 90m team.  So I kept going back thinking that there HAD to be better options out there.  So long as everyone else sees the same things I'm seeing then I'm pretty confident about what I ended up putting together.

ok another stupid question. in the $110 league it states any players <300k can be used. do they need to be from one of the 2 seasons you selected or can they be from any season?

Any players from any season as long as they are under $300K.

Here's something I just want to be absolutely sure of.

At 70m, so long as I have at least 8 players from my chosen team, am I able to use as many players as I want from that team, or is it 8 and only 8.  If I want to roster the entire 1899 Cleveland Spiders team, can I do so?  The usage of the word 'must' several times in the league description is throwing me off.

Okay, good to know.  The phrasing of "The rest of your roster must be players who played in the same season as your selected team" had me unsure of whether that meant that you must use other players from that same year at all or not.

I took this to mean at least 8 players from the source team must be  > $1M, but you could use other players from the team to help you get to the $35M threshhold.

Oddly enough, the very first guy I thought of for the $110m twist team not only produced a great team but one that is by a substantial margin better than anything else I could come up with. I thought that theme was going to take me weeks and it took 20 minutes.

Same.  I started with an unlikely candidate who gave me a great team. Unfortunately, I kept researching and now have 2-3 I really like.

Agreed.  When I found my guy, my thought was that a ton of people would eventually find and take this guy.
