Has this always been played at $120M?

I'm wondering how a lower cap version, maybe as low as $80M, would play? You'd be pressed to spend even $6M on a position player...

As long as I can remember. Perhaps there were some variables in the very early days when examinerebb and randallball were running it.

Actually with no DH or AAA a $90M cap would give it a different wrinkle...I would offer to run it if there's interest...

I know this one wouldn't be hurt. There's always a few waiting to get in...
