You do realize that on plays when QBs know there is a penalty they will at times make throws they would not normally make. Called a "free play".

I was referring to how tolerable the fans are from those cities. Dallas is up there for me, although it's just for the Cowboys.

In terms of facilities, Oakland is the worst, and it's not close.
