I do apologize for getting off topic. But it's gil's fault. He provoked me to argue pointless stuff!

As far as the jobs logic part, it's important yes. And it's nice that its being addressed and looked into (and hopefully improved). But I think it's not the most important thing needing fixed. I believe in-season issues are more important than off season things. But either way, progress is good in any direction!
