What are the rulings regarding trading picks? Can you trade future picks and if so how many seasons ahead? Also has a decision been made on the league/playoff structure yet?

Good questions. You can trade draft picks one season ahead.

The first season will be standard 24 teams with 8 making playoffs. Subsequent seasons will either be 24/8 or 12/2 (x2). Regardless, top 2 and bottom 2 will swap at end of season.
