remember, the top 5 fastest drafters get a 2 point bonus in the standings, the 6th -10th get a 1 point bonus, 5 slowest drafters get a 2 point penalty, 6th -10th slowest get a 1 point penalty, and the middle 4 are neutral.

I do think time to draft between the hours of 9 am to 9 pm should be a factor in relegation.
