We really need to discuss how these drafts are coordinated, IMO, just put a 2hr max, then you are skipped and can pick anytime you want after you are skipped. The vast majority of us try to do our best but there are others who just don’t and are consistently delaying everyone. It’s frustrating and does take the fun out of these drafts , atleast for me.

2hrs? We have 30min intervals..oh wait..that doesn't start for a week lol
